O rapaz, sr. Paulo, me atendeu rapidamente, tarde na noite, com muita paciência. As flores chegaram no horário marcado e de excelente qualidade. Negociamos tudo a distância, pagamento via pix, tudo perfeito. Agradeço imensamente pelo excelente serviço prestado!
I live in Paraíba and I needed to send flowers for the wake of a very dear friend in Rio de Janeiro, Bangu. It was the only florist that served me outside of office hours. The boy, mr. Paulo, answered me quickly, late at night, with a lot of patience. The flowers arrived on time and of excellent quality. We negotiate everything remotely, payment via pix, everything perfect. Thank you so much for the excellent service provided!

Encomendei Palmas com 3 dias de antecedência me fez pagar antecipado, tive q andar até uma barbearia p usar a máquina de cartão, não me entregou na hora combinada e sim 3horas depois, não vieram c qualidade e nem o msm teve respeito um tal de Paulinho pois ele ligou p uma rapaz q era despachante e me chamou de chata e disse q eu estava noaiando ele. Sendo q ele n me dava uma resposta sobre meu pedido. Enfim perdi cliente, cheguei atrasada no compromisso, peguei temporal fiquei ilhada e no final o prejuízo foi só meu!
Awful. I ordered Palmas 3 days in advance, made me pay in advance, I had to walk to a barbershop to use the card machine, they didn't deliver to me at the agreed time, but 3 hours later, they didn't come with quality and not even had respect for a guy Paulinho because he called a guy who was a dispatcher and called me boring and said I was nailing him. Since he didn't give me an answer about my request. Anyway, I lost a client, I arrived late for the appointment, I got a storm, I was stranded and in the end the damage was just mine!
