Perguntei o motivo não souberam responder. Imagina soh. Nunca mais vou comprar uma flor se quer nesta empresa. Totalmente despreparada. Fazer surpresa com essa empresa eh jogar sua surpresa no lixo.
5x Terrible. I paid in advance for Mother's Day. Exhausting and frustrating experience. I asked to deliver the surprise on Mother's Day and they didn't. I asked why they did not know how to answer. Imagine soh. I will never buy a flower again if you want in this company. Totally unprepared. Make a surprise with this company and throw your surprise in the trash.

Fora que solicitei em um horário e entregaram em outro nada a ver, nem ao menos pra avisar nem nada, era pra ter sido algo especial, mas so tive estresse! Espero que vcs revejam a forma com que trata os clientes, e nao reclamei no WhatsApp porque demoram mais de 1 hora pra responder uma compra, quanto mais pra aceitar um feedback de um cliente! Absurdo.
Good afternoon, trying to service was all very time consuming, both to answer and to confirm! Besides, I asked for it at one time and they delivered nothing else to do, not even to warn or anything, it was supposed to be something special, but I just had stress! I hope you guys review the way you treat customers, and I didn't complain on WhatsApp because it takes more than 1 hour to answer a purchase, let alone accept feedback from a customer! Absurd.
