★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento impecável, flores muito bem cuidadas e de uma qualidade bem agradável mesmo no calor de Teresina, fazem embrulhos bem legais também sem cobrar nada a mais por isso, de ponto negativo fica só os valores que achei bem salgado para flores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teresina já é famosa por ter um péssimo atendido em todos os lugares, aí você tira conclusões o porque nunca tem empregos. Como eu moro no Rio Grande do Sul, fiz um pedido online e pedi para ser entregue num hospital, pedi que fosse com um pouco de urgência e a moça falou que tudo bem porque a floricultura só fechava as 21:00 , porém eu fiz o pedido as 16:00 horas e a moça veio me indagar o porque que eu queria com urgência porque se eu quisesse que fosse com pressa teria pedido mais cedo porém a floricultura abria as 07:00 da manhã, só queria saber o que é que ela tem have com meus horários? Atendentes não precisam saber da vida pessoal do cliente e sim atender , não fui grossa, porém não respondi mais... Atendimento péssimo, passei o dia tentando ligar e era uma me mandando ligar na outra loja e ninguém me atendia , quando consegui a atendente ainda foi arrogante. Nunca mais ...... Não indico nem pelo atendimento e nem pelos produtos e muito menos pelos valores , um absurdo .....

Attendants do not need to know the personal life of the customer and yes I answered, I was not thick, but I did not answer any more ... Poor service, I spent the day trying to call and it was one calling me to call the other store and no one answered me when I got the attendant was still arrogant. Never again ...... I do not indicate neither by the care nor by the products and much less by the values, an absurd .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma entrega para 14:00 horas, pois era o horário que minha namorada estava acordada, o pedido só foi chegar na casa dela 14:40, nesse horário ela estava dormindo e não ouviu. O funcionário ou funcionária que estava falando comigo no whatsapp, foi totalmente ignorante, dizendo que não tinha ninguém, e que o entregador ja tinha ido 2 vezes e não tinha ninguém. Essa foi a primeira e última vez que compro algo nessa loja, nunca mais. Vocês têm que aprender tratar a clientela com educação. E outra, se eu solicitei para 14:00 horas era pra entregar 14:00 horas e não chegar lá 14:40 e ficar achando ruim e tratando o cliente com ignorância. Não recomendo a loja e quem me perguntar não recomendo.
