★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei duas rosas hoje e ela estão feias, com algumas pétalas rasgadas. Entendo que hoje seja um dia corrido devido ao dia dos namorados. Mas o atendimento ao cliente é que faz o negócio. Pedi uma simples saco e me deram uma sacola de mercado. Péssimo, não volto mais!
 I bought two roses today and they are ugly, with some torn petals. I understand that today is a busy day due to Valentine's Day. But customer service does the business. I asked for a simple bag and they gave me a market bag. Terrible, I won't be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao entrar na loja, eu e meu namorado, Mi, fomos recebidos com um grito, que insinuava um desprazer em nossa presença. A cara do funcionário, quando questionamos se eles já estavam fechados, revelou toda a má vontade deles conostros. Fora o preço absurdo, 20 reais no botão de rosa. Onde já se viu esse preço num simples botão? Nunca mais volto ao Minerva.
Upon entering the shop, me and my boyfriend, Mi, were greeted with a shout, which insinuated a displeasure in our presence. The clerk's face, when we questioned if they were already closed, revealed all their ill-will to us. Off the absurd price, 20 reais on the rose bud. Where have you seen this price on a simple button? I never go back to Minerva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento péssimo, com pessoas despreparadas e com preços fora da realidade... Me disseram que entregariam um item a cerca de 600metros de distância da floricultura, mas cobrariam uma taxa de entrega devido ao movimento no dia dos namorados.. até aí, nada mais justo. Mas queriam que o item comprado fosse acima de R$ 300,00. Insanos.
Por este preço compro um belo presente e mando entregar de motorista particular.... Já fui cliente assíduo da floricultura, mas não dá mais para continuar sendo cliente nestes termos....
Não recomendo.
A poor service, with people unprepared and with prices out of reality ... I was told that they would deliver an item about 600 meters away from the flower shop, but they would charge a delivery fee due to the movement on Valentine's Day .. until then, nothing fairer. But they wanted the item purchased to be over $ 300. Insane.
For this price I buy a nice gift and I send a private driver .... I was a frequent florist customer, but I can not continue to be a customer on these terms ....
Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores atendimentos ao cliente que tive o desprazer em conhecer. Entrei na loja as 21:30. A pessoa que estava no caixa gritou para o funcionário dela -Fecha a porta logo (Insinuando que eu nem tivesse entrado). Perguntei se estavam abertos ainda, o funcionário me fez uma verdadeira cara de b... e perguntou o que eu queria, eu disse que precisava apenas de algumas rosas. E ele respondeu que o botão da rosa estava 20 reais (VINTE reais).
O preço abusivo parecia q era para me expulsar da loja, e sinceramente conseguiram.
Nunca mais volto nesse lugar pífio.
One of the worst customer service I had the displeasure to meet. I entered the store at 9:30 p.m. The person in the box shouted at her employee. "Shut the door up soon" (implying that I had not even gone in). I asked if they were open yet, the clerk made me a real b-face ... and asked what I wanted, I said I just needed a few roses. And he replied that the rose button was 20 reais (TWENTY reais).
The abusive price seemed like it was to kick me out of the store, and honestly they did.
I never come back to this mean place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo com os comentários anteriores. Realmente, o atendimento é ruim, funcionárias sem o preparo necessário. Mas além disso, tem a questão da plantas que são vendidas. Comprei algumas lá, mas poucas vingaram, apesar de serem todas bem caras e de eu ter feito as manutenções sugeridas - também caras, por sinal. Quando reclamei na loja, a proprietária, pouco solícita, se recusou a me dar outra, mesmo vendo claramente que a planta que ela me vendeu ficou feia e amarelada, nao apresentando condições de desenvolvimento, o que me fez perder tempo e a minha paciência. Portanto, loja que cobra preços muito altos, mas não se preocupa com a satisfação do cliente. Nunca mais volto e definitivamente não recomendo. Aliás, se eu tivesse lido os comentários feitos aqui, teria evitado todo esse problema e comprado em outra loja.
I agree with the previous comments. Really, the service is poor, employees without the necessary preparation. But besides that, there is the issue of plants that are sold. I bought a few there, but few worked, although they were all very expensive and I had the suggested maintenance - also expensive, by the way. When I complained at the store, the unskilled owner refused to give me another, even though she clearly saw that the plant she sold me was ugly and yellow, with no developmental conditions, which wasted my time and my patience. Therefore, store that charges very high prices, but does not care about customer satisfaction. I will never be back and definitely do not recommend. In fact, if I had read the comments made here, I would have avoided all this trouble and bought it in another store.

Everything is very expensive and the seller forces the sale too much, you don't feel comfortable to be able to fish. I do not recommend.
