Talvez eu tenha ido ao estabelecimento num dia ruim. Entrei, e a pessoa que estava na porta mexendo no celular não deu muita atenção. Perguntei sobre oque eu procurava, só falou que era oque tinha estava ali. Não sugeriu nada! E no celular continuou mexendo!!! Vemos que a maioria dos estabelecimentos em Araraquara não fazem questão de atender bem o consumidor. Em busca do que eu procurava, insisti e resolvi procurar outra floricultura e pra minha surpresa fui extremamente bem atendida com muito bom humor, simpatia e alegria. Vale ressaltar que a funcionária não é de Araraquara e fez toda a diferença. Nem todos os estabelecimentos dessa cidade estão perdidos!!! ( QUE SORTE A MINHA E DA PROPRIETÁRIA DA LOJA QUE COM ATENDIMENTO TOP VAI RECEBER VARIAS INDICAÇÕES MINHAS).
A maioria das pessoas que chegam de outros estados comentam sobre esse tipo de atendimento: frio, seco. Como se a loja não precisasse daquele consumidor... Triste isso. Espero que essa realidade na cidade mude.

Maybe I went to the establishment on a bad day. I walked in, and the person at the door, fiddling with his cell phone, didn't pay much attention. I asked what I was looking for, he just said that it was there. Didn't suggest anything! And on the cell phone kept moving!!! We see that most establishments in Araraquara do not make a point of serving the consumer well. In search of what I was looking for, I insisted and decided to look for another flower shop and to my surprise I was extremely well attended with great humor, sympathy and joy. It is worth mentioning that the employee is not from Araraquara and made all the difference. Not all establishments in this city are lost!!! ( LUCKY FOR ME AND THE OWNER OF THE STORE WHO WITH TOP SERVICE WILL RECEIVE SEVERAL REFERRALS FROM ME).
Most people arriving from other states comment on this type of service: cold, dry. As if the store didn't need that consumer... Sad that. I hope this reality in the city changes.
