★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era dia 08/03 , dia internacional da mulher e contatei a floricultura pelas avaliações aqui. Solicitei um bouquet de rosas , recebi até a foto e por se tratar de uma surpresa , combinei via WhatsApp com a atendente que precisaria que fosse entregue as 17:30. Porém já eram 17:50 e nada do bouquet chegar. Foi então que o Marcos via WhatsApp me informou que sem o boleto em mãos não faria a entrega . Fiquei surpreso com a atitude, visto que não me foi informado isso previamente. Pois como já tenho contato de diversas floriculturas e sempre trabalhei da forma em que faziam a entrega e em seguida enviava o comprovante. Mas enfim.
Não bastando todo esse transtorno, liguei para o dito cujo que atende em nome de empresa e ele disse que já havia cancelado e que também não faria a entrega.
Então deixo aqui meu alerta a todos os consumidores. Primeiro ponto para receber respeito é dar e infelizmente esse atendente não estava em um dia bom.
It was the 8th of March, the international women's day and I contacted the florist for the evaluations here. I requested a bouquet of roses, even received the photo and because it was a surprise, I arranged via WhatsApp with the attendant who would need it to be delivered at 17:30. However it was already 17:50 and nothing of the bouquet arrived. It was then that Marcos via WhatsApp informed me that without the ticket in hand he would not deliver. I was surprised by the attitude, since I was not informed of this beforehand. As I already have contact with several florists and always worked the way they delivered and then sent the receipt. But anyway.
Not only was this inconvenience enough, I called the person whose name is on behalf of the company and he said that he had already canceled and that he would also not make the delivery.
So here I leave my alert to all consumers. First point to receive respect is to give and unfortunately this attendant was not on a good day.
