★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensei muito a respeito de qual adjetivo seria melhor ou mais adequado para utilizar neste comentário, sinceramente para tentar definir ou qualificar vocês "Floricultura Armazém das Flores de Itu" vou usar EXCELENTE e EXCELÊNCIA, ontem 11/03/2021 entrei em contato as 17:55 hs, atendimento via telefone incrível, cordial, atenciosa, proativa com disposição em geral com o cliente, mesmo restando 5 minutos para o encerramento do expediente, a atendente (não recordo o nome) me concedeu toda a atenção, cogitei a possibilidade de uma compra e entrega na mesma data, a mesma conversou com o entregador explicou que poderia entregar sim e que devido as entregas faltantes minha compra seria entregue mais tardar, me enviou "portfólio", tirou as dúvidas, ofertou itens para acréscimo e etc, simplesmente incrível em todos os aspectos (atendimento e produto), simplesmente sem palavras vocês estão de parabéns, ganharam um cliente fiel e recomendo a todos...

Tanto a Ana, quanto a Alessandra são ótimas, me atenderam super bem, de forma prestativa, educada e atenciosa. As flores que mandei são lindas e certamente se precisar de novo é lá que irei pedir. I had to send flowers to a person who lives in Itu, I found Armazém das Flores around here and I definitely didn't regret it! Both Ana and Alessandra are great, they served me very well, in a helpful, polite and attentive way. The flowers I sent are beautiful and certainly if I need them again, I will ask for them there. Much success to you! Great place and service.
