★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao Cliente, Incrível, há alguns meses atrás fui pessoalmente e fui muito mal atendida, prometi que não voltava mais.
Mas hoje estou precisando de umas flores, pensei vou dar uma chance, mas gente, atendente não sabe nem atender o telefone, quanto mais responder a uma simples pergunta sobre encomenda! Por favor se são referências em flores, no mínimo treinem seus funcionários a prestar um bom atendimento.
Nunca mais voltarei. Vocês são HORRÍVEIS.
 Terrible Customer Service, Incredible, a few months ago I went personally and was very poorly attended, I promised I would not return.
But today I need some flowers, I thought I'll give it a try, but guys, attendant does not even know to answer the phone, let alone answer a simple question about ordering! Please, if you are a flower referral, at the very least, train your staff to provide good service.
I will never go back. You are HORRIBLE.

Não possui muita variedade na loja, mas é só pedir com jeitinho que a vendedora vai até o barracão anexo e acha mais plantas para você.
O estoque é quase todo de flores, não possui muitas opções de plantas decorativas (ou não).
Beautiful and well-kept flowers. You pay for quality, expensive products.
There is not much variety in the store, but just ask the saleswoman to go to the attached shed and find more plants for you.

Há diversas opções na loja além das flores, como cartões de presente, ursos de pelúcia, chocolates importados, etc. Minha experiencia no geral foi boa, eles atendem pelo WhatsApp muito bem, e foi a forma que entrei em contato e fiz o pedido para retirar em loja pessoalmente, porém ao chegar na loja o produto que eu havia comprado tinha saído junto com os caminhões que fazem entrega, portanto tive que aguardar para preparação de um novo buquê. Foi uma pequena falha, mas no geral recomendo a loja e voltaria a comprar tranquilamente.
Good location, easy to reach and park in the surrounding streets. There are several options in the store besides flowers, such as gift cards, teddy bears, imported chocolates, etc. My experience in general was good, they serve WhatsApp very well, and it was the way I got in touch and made the request to pick up in store personally, however when arriving at the store the product I had bought had come out with the trucks that they deliver, so I had to wait to prepare a new bouquet. It was a small flaw, but in general I recommend the store and would go back to buying smoothly.

Hoje mesmo não colocaram aquelas gotas de água na rosa colombiana e um arranjo simples de tudo.
