★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o curso de comissário de bordo em 2016 e obtive uma experiência desagradável que me prejudicou drasticamente, pois eles não aplicaram o resultado das provas, descobri a nota quando me informaram que a turma já estava fechada, fui reprovada ; ou seja, não tive retorno do resultado no site, fui na secretaria e eles ficaram de dar o retorno, pois uma senhora claramente não sabia onde estavam minhas provas e vi a desorganização estampada dessa administração. Outro detalhe é o despreparo com atendimento ao aluno, fui muito mal recebida nesse dia, me tiraram da secretaria de uma forma extremamente ríspida, pois as funcionárias queriam almoçar antes de resolver meu problema. Péssimo, não recomendo!
 I took the flight attendant course in 2016 and got an unpleasant experience that harmed me drastically, because they did not apply the results of the tests, I discovered the note when I was informed that the class was already closed, I was disapproved; that is, I did not return the result on the site, I went to the office and they stopped giving the return, because a lady clearly did not know where my evidence was and I saw the stamped disorganization of that administration. Another detail is the lack of preparation for the student, I was very badly received that day, they took me out of the office in an extremely harsh way, because the employees wanted to have lunch before solving my problem. Terrible, would not recommend!

Uma péssima gerência e administração.
Material mega atrasado, se duvidar de 1900 e alguma coisa. Recebemos esse material, somos recomendados a não estudar pelo mesmo, e sim pelo material dos professores que são slides. Pois o material da escola está completamente desatualizado.
Sem contar que agem de má fé, dizendo que tem indicação pra Cia. Aérea, mas na verdade não tem.
Se você precisar de alguma ajuda ou tiver algum problema, saiba que não será solucionado e ainda vão debochar de você.
Graças a Deus isso não aconteceu comigo, mas vi isso acontecer com pessoas da mesma sala de aula que eu.
Por esse e inúmeros outros problemas no qual não conseguirei por aqui, não recomendo.
E recomendo que todos que já estejam nessa escola, recolham o material entregue e levem na anac para mostrar que a escola fornece material completamente desatualizado e que nos prejudica e virá a nos prejudicar em caso de uma seleção.

Bad management and administration.
Mega late stuff, if you doubt 1900 and something. We received this material, we are recommended not to study through it, but through the teachers' material, which are slides. Because the school material is completely out of date.
Not to mention that they act in bad faith, saying they have an indication for Cia. Aérea, but in fact, there isn't.
If you need any help or have a problem, know that it will not be solved and you will still be mocked.
Thank God it didn't happen to me, but I saw it happen to people in the same classroom as me.
For this and countless other problems that I won't be able to do here, I don't recommend it.
And I recommend that everyone who is already in this school, collect the material delivered and take it to anac to show that the school provides completely outdated material and that it harms us and will harm us in the event of a selection.

Quanto ao restante escola com boa estrutura, hangar, salas boas e refrigeradas e com o básico e suficiente para os alunos terem um bom desempenho. Somente com o nosso feedback a escola pode continuar a crescer.
I've been at school for 1 year, I leave my 4 stars here just because of some organization problems with the student information. As for the rest of the school with good structure, hangar, good and refrigerated rooms and with the basics and enough for the students to have a good performance. Only with our feedback can the school continue to grow.

Estrutura física da escola é muito boa. Sempre observei que cuidam bem da manutenção das instalações.
Único ponto que gostaria de sugerir uma melhoria é no quesito informação/comunicação. Escola podia ter algum sistema por e-mail ou whatsapp para informar DIRETAMENTE ao interessado assuntos relacionados ao curso como falta de professor, horário de provas, horário de 2ª chamada, etc. Comunicados por grupos ficam muitas das vezes confusos.
The professionals who perform the service are very attentive and the teaching staff is very good.
The physical structure of the school is very good. I have always observed that they take good care of the maintenance of the facilities.
The only point I would like to suggest an improvement is in terms of information/communication. The school could have a system by email or whatsapp to inform the interested person DIRECTLY about matters related to the course, such as lack of a teacher, exam schedule, 2nd call schedule, etc. Group communications are often confusing.
