Depois de tantas experiências ruins com "empresas autorizadas ou especialistas da DJI" tive a grande oportunidade de conhecer o pessoal da FlyHobbie, e não seria possível descrever em palavras a honestidade e conhecimento que eles tem.  If there is a better store and assistance for drones, I don't know. After so many bad experiences with "authorized companies or DJI specialists" I had a great opportunity to meet the FlyHobbie people, and it would not be possible to describe in words the honesty and knowledge they have. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei meu primeiro drone com o Luciano da Flyhobbie Drones. Como não tinha nenhum conhecimento sobre essas aeronaves, recebi todo o suporte necessário para não ter problemas nos primeiros voos, como perda da aeronave, colisões, uso da bateria, etc. Afinal, mesmo tendo escolhido um modelo de entrada, o custo não é barato.
A Flyhobbie tb oferece cursos de pilotagem, super necessários para quem nao tem experiencia com drones.
Outro ponto positivo é q ao adquirir a aeronave com o Luciano, recebi todo o suporte da Eliana Drones para ter toda a documentaçao necessária para poder usar o drone de forma legal.
A aeronave e o radio controle estao homologados pela anatel, anac e decea, além da aeronave ser nacionalizada.
I bought my first drone with Luciano from Flyhobbie Drones. As I didn't have any knowledge about these aircraft, I received all the support I needed to avoid problems on the first flights, such as loss of the aircraft, collisions, battery use, etc. After all, even having chosen an entry-level model, the cost is not cheap.
Flyhobbie also offers piloting courses, which are very necessary for those who have no experience with drones.
Another positive point is that when I purchased the aircraft with Luciano, I received all the support from Eliana Drones to have all the necessary documentation to be able to use the drone legally.
The aircraft and radio control are approved by anatel, anac and decea, in addition to the aircraft being nationalized.

Great! I bought a Mavic Air 2s Combo Fly More at an unbeatable price. Sealed box! Foi negociado custo e questionado sobre a possibilidade de passar cartão de crédito, e alertado quanto a bandeira ser American Express.
Sai da Granja Viana e atravessei a cidade até Santo André, chegando lá o preço acordado mudou com juros absurdo e ao tentar pagar não aceitava o cartão.
Resumo tempo perdido…. CUIDADO !!!!

Sai de Natal RN para Sao Paulo na intençao de comprar um Drone Mavic Air 2s, chegando lá nao senti muita segurança em comprar em alguns locais indicado, e nem preços bons, entao entrei em contato com o Sr. Luciano que me deu total atençao e segurança na compra, indo deixar o equipamento em maos pra mim. Cara muito atencioso e o mais importante, HONESTO... Ainda comprei um OSMO 4SE com ele e esse ele enviou pra minha cidade pelos correios...

Antes do vendedor, há um apaixonado pelo hobbie. Pioneiro com drones no Brasil, O Luciano, vai com certeza, lhe tirar dúvidas, mostrar os diferentes equipamentos e lhe dar opiniões sinceras. (Compre com quem sabe, faz total diferença!!! ?)
2º Atendimento
A atenção com o cliente, paciência e disponibilidade supera a concorrentes.
3º Segurança
Os equipamentos são novos, lacrados e em caixa original. Além de garantia, são homologados pela ANATEL. Versão BR! Se ainda quiser, o cliente pode contratar também seguro RETA e outros serviços sem preocupação.
4º Melhor preço
A empresa disponibiliza opções de parcelamento com as melhores taxas de juros. (Pesquisei 2 meses até chegar aqui, e sim, valeu a pena!!!)
