★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa responsável pela iluminação pública de Fortaleza. Estamos no mês de Novembro e desde de Julho os postes da rua estão apagados, aguardando a troca de luminárias. Várias ligações para o 156 e nenhuma solução.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma solicitação para uma troca de uma lâmpada no poste a mais de um mês, já liguei 3 vezes para o 156 da prefeitura de Fortaleza e abriram a reclamação na ouvidoria da prefeita e nada resolvido afinal como a prefeitura pode punir ela mesmo. Mas a taxa vem todos os mêses sem contar no péssimo atendimento arrogante das telefonistas do 156 esse é o tipo de serviço e humilhação que merecemos por ser cidadão parabéns.
I made a request for a lamp replacement on the pole more than a month ago, I have already called 3 times to 156 of the city hall of Fortaleza and they opened the complaint at the mayor's ombudsman and nothing resolved after all as the city hall can punish itself. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para o 156 e fiz a solicitação para repor duas lâmpadas queimadas, porém o serviço nunca foi efetivado. Alguns dias depois quando retornei a ligação para novamente reivindicar o serviço a atendente me transferiu para a ouvidoria da prefeitura para registrar uma reclamação contra a FMRodrigues, ou seja, a própria prefeitura não tem autoridade sobre a empresa que contratou jogando para o cidadão a responsabilidade de RECLAMAR. Que incongruência! Enfim, até agora nada foi resolvido, mas a cobrança da Iluminação Pública está lá, alegre e fagueira todos os meses.
I called 156 and made the request to replace two burned out bulbs, but the service was never carried out. A few days later, when I returned the call to claim the service again, the attendant transferred me to the city hall ombudsman to file a complaint against FMRodrigues, that is, the city hall itself has no authority over the company it hired, throwing the citizen the responsibility of COMPLAIN. What incongruity! Anyway, so far nothing has been resolved, but the charge for Public Lighting is there, happy and easy every month.
