★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam dessa entregadora. Colocam que não acharam o número num dia, meu prédio é gigante e no waze, maps qlqr um da o endereço correto.
No outro colocaram que eu não estava em casa sendo que trabalho em casa e não durante o dia por isso, isso que saiu para entrega as 08 e 08:10 ja dizia que não tinha ninguem... Serviço péssimo.
 Run away from this delivery girl. They say they didn't find the number in a day, my building is giant and in waze, qlqr maps one gives the correct address.
In the other one they said that I was not at home and I work at home and not during the day, so what came out for delivery at 08:10 and 08:10 already said that there was no one... Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha vizinha veio me chamar porque chegou em casa e viu o pacote jogado no chão, se ela não estivesse visto alguém poderia facilmente ter roubado. ABSURDO DEMAIS! A entrega foi rápida mas cadê o cuidado com o produto do cliente?!
My neighbor came to call me because she got home and saw the package lying on the floor, if she hadn't seen it someone could have easily stolen it. TOO ABSURD! Delivery was fast but where's the care with the customer's product?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra dia 09/02/2022,a previsão de entrega era ate dia 22/02/2022,mas ate hj não chegou no meu endereço,ligo telefone não da nada,meus email não respondem, será se ainda vai chegar ou vai ser preciso eu cancelar o pedido.
To tão triste so de imaginar q levei um calote.
I made a purchase on 02/09/2022, the delivery forecast was until 02/22/2022, but until today it has not arrived at my address, I call the phone, it does not work, my emails do not respond, it will be if it will still arrive or will I need to cancel the order.
I'm so sad just imagining that I took a default.

Comprei um produto dia 20/04/2022 a postagem de entrega era prevista pro dia 03/05/2022 e até agora nada, nas informações por ligação são mal educados, não sabem dar sequer alguma explicação, por numero de rastreio não tem atualização, não liberarm nem pra retirar com os documentos em mãos! Não recomendo a ninguém! Todos irresponsaveis!!!!!!
It was and is being the worst possible. I bought a product on 04/20/2022 the delivery post was scheduled for 05/03/2022 and so far nothing, in the information by call they are rude, they don't even know how to give any explanation, by tracking number there is no update, they don't even release to withdraw with the documents in hand! I don't recommend it to anyone! All irresponsible!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou inconformado com o atraso da empresa na entrega dos produtos que comprei de um fornecedor, o rastreio está parado desde o dia 01/04, e o atraso tbm na entrega trazendo prejuízos pra minha loja sendo que estou com encomenda parada por não ter recebido ainda. O suporte totalmente fraco e sem solução. Espero uma solução breve pois estou acumulando prejuízos por conta dessa irresponsabilidade.

I am unhappy with the company's delay in the delivery of the products I bought from a supplier, the tracking has been stopped since 04/01, and the delay in delivery is also causing damage to my store since I have an order stopped for not having received it yet . Totally weak and unresolved support. I hope a quick solution because I'm accumulating losses because of this irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível.No rastreamento anotaram "Cliente ausente" sendo que havia 4 adultos em casa e a rua esteve silenciosa o dia todo. No dia seguinte anotaram " envío cancelado pelo destinatario" sendo que sequer existe essa possibilidade no rastreamento enviado por eles. Agora o pedido está 3 dias parado "aguardando reenvío".EDITADO 30/12/2021: Nada da.encomenda, que segue no deposito da empresa. #Gratidão por estragarem o Natal e o Ano Novo da minha esposa.
Horrible. In the tracking they noted "Absent customer" as there were 4 adults at home and the street was silent all day. The next day they wrote down "shipment canceled by the recipient" and there is not even this possibility in the tracking sent by them. Now the order is stopped for 3 days "waiting for reshipment". EDITED 12/30/2021: Nothing da.comenda, which follows in the company's deposit. #Gratitude for spoiling my wife's Christmas and New Year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguiram entregar uma encomenda e simplesmente jogaram no sistema que eu havia cancelado o processo, sendo que sequer vi a cara do entregador. Quando você tenta entrar em contato ninguém te atende; te pedem na gravação ao telefone pra ligar o ramal desejado, mas nao te apresentam as opções pra isso. Tive que envolver a loja no processo de entrega que eu podia ter resolvido sozinho. Na entrega ainda levei sermão do funcionário por não constar meu número de apartamento na ficha, sendo que no cadastro eu preenchi como pedia. Nao indico pra ninguém. Péssima.
They couldn't deliver a package and simply threw it into the system that I had canceled the process, and I didn't even see the delivery man's face. When you try to get in touch, nobody answers you; you are asked in the recording on the telephone to call the desired extension, but they do not present you with the options for this. I had to involve the store in the delivery process which I could have handled myself. On delivery, I was still lectured by the employee for not having my apartment number on the file, and in the registration I filled out as requested. I don't recommend it to anyone. Awful.
