Localizada no Centro de Maceió, tendo o palácio Floriano Peixoto onde funciona um museu e a Secult/ Al. Equipamentos culturais importantes nesta área. Museus , igrejas e a Praça dos Martírios, que precisa de mais cuidados.
 The building used to function as the former intendancy of Alagoas. Beautiful building, recently restored to open the Municipal Foundation of Culture of Maceió. Located in the Center of Maceió, with the Floriano Peixoto palace where a museum is located and Secult/Al. Important cultural facilities in this area. Museums, churches and Praça dos Martírios, which needs more care.
