★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loquei um carro para reserva como motorista de aplicativo, porém o carro que recebi estava em péssimas condições, o motor esta com barulho parece que tem alguma peça solta, o ar condicionado quando liga e começa a gelar começa a fazer barulho, carro esta desalinhado e os bancos todos manchados.
Fui até a loja dia 07/03 para realizar a troca do mesmo porém a pessoa que me atendeu pediu para retornar no dia 09/03 pois naquele dia não teria carro disponível para troca, retornando hoje para realizar a troca porém foi informado que não constava nenhuma informação de troca e que os carros que estavam lá já estavam com reserva, afim de resolver perguntei quando poderia retornar para fazer a troca e o que foi respondido por uma pessoa que parecia responsável do local é (não da pra ficar trocando carro só porque o cliente não gostou do carro), fora ser tratado como se estivesse inventando apenas para trocar o carro.. lamentável!
Resumindo paguei R$1800 para passar o mês com o veiculo, não recebo um veiculo que condiz com o valor pago e tenho que aceitar ficar com o mesmo porque o responsável acha que é frescura!
Pagar caro para ser tratado desse jeito e não receber algo de qualidade não tem condições!!
 I rented a car for reservation as an app driver, but the car I received was in terrible condition, the engine is noisy, it seems that there is a loose part, the air conditioning when it turns on and starts to freeze, it starts to make noise, the car is misaligned and the seats all stained.
I went to the store on the 07/03th to exchange it, but the person who answered me asked to return on the 09/03th because on that day there would be no car available for exchange, returning today to perform the exchange but was informed that it was not no exchange information and that the cars that were there already had a reservation, in order to resolve I asked when I could return to make the exchange and what was answered by a person who seemed responsible for the place is (you can't keep exchanging a car just because the customer didn't like the car), besides being treated as if he was making it up just to change the car.. unfortunate!
In short, I paid R$1800 to spend the month with the vehicle, I don't receive a vehicle that matches the amount paid and I have to accept to keep it because the person in charge thinks it's fresh!
Paying dearly to be treated this way and not receiving something of quality is impossible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very very friendly and helpful, we got a very good price for 2 weeks during Christmas (usually an extortion), saved at least 200£, the only downside (which I'm ok to live with) is the distance of where the car is to the actual airport, however the van which takes people back and forth is very useful and the driver is very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picking up car you're going to get scammed when they do the car check for scratches & other damage bigger than a fly.
First inspector missed the fly the next inspector catches the fly you will be charged.
Return my car after 4 days and they claim that it was a ding in the windshield that is a little bit bigger than the point of a Bic pen in the picture. RIP off. What's your reputation worth when you're ripping off customers?
Stay away from Foco.
