About Fogo de Chão Morumbi
A equipe de culinária continuou a tradição de desenvolver novas criações de menus enraizados na tradição brasileira que dão continuidade a experiência do churrasco brasileiro. Em 2013, os novos pratos de mariscos foram introduzidos. Mais tarde naquele ano, o conceito Bar Fogo surgiu dentro de restaurantes Fogo e apresenta aos clientes novos pratos de inspiração brasileira, vinhos e cocktails premiados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salads are really fresh and attractively arranged. Meats are what you'll expect in a pricey restaurant like this: really good. We missed the little side dishes like fried pastries that were part of the initial table setting. Now you have to order and pay for them. Dumb cost management: the restaurant got one less star!
In other restaurants of this chain waiting is annoying and invasive. Not in this one, suprinsingly. Sharp attention and discretion are ingrained by training in these staff.
