Pedem adiantamento para encomenda de peças que vem de fora, não entregam o produto e menos ainda o dinheiro. Sempre dão desculpas esfarrapadas.
Bad experience!
They ask for advance to order parts that come from outside, do not deliver the product and even less money. They always make lame excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um termostato em setembro e até agora não chegou. Diz que vai chegar, mas nunca chega. Já pedi o dinheiro de volta e até agora nada. Quando comprei não tinha visto as avaliações deles, que por sinal são péssimas.
Volto aqui para dizer que devolveram meu dinheiro, inclusive me mostraram os depósitos de valores que foram devolvidos para vários clientes. Agradeço a empresa pela atitude
