★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deixei um motor ppa pra conserto e depois de mais ou menos 35 dias o motor voltou a dar problema, retornei a loja e eles me pediram a nota da garantia e eu nao tinha acabei perdendo a nota, ate ai tudo bem, paguei outro conserto e desta vez guardei o comprovante da garantia q foi de 3 meses, ai entao o motor voltou a dar problema faltando 3 dias pra acabar a garantia , dai voltei a loja e a gerente nao quis cumprir a garantia e me cobrando outro conserto, e a peça q eu troquei foi o eixo completo do motor ppa deslizante q depois constatei q a peça q foi posta era usada e eu comprei como nova ... entao nao indico a fonelarme da estrada do mendanha em Campo Grande a ninguem ..pensam q os cliente sao bobos... NAO indico ....
I left a ppa engine for repair and after about 35 days the engine returned to give problem, I returned the store and they asked me for the warranty note and I had not ended up losing the note, so that's fine, I paid another repair and this time I kept the proof of the warranty that was 3 months, then the engine returned to give problem with 3 days to finish the warranty, hence I went back to the store and the manager did not want to fulfill the warranty and charging me another repair, and the part q I changed was the complete axis of the sliding motor ppa q later I realized that the piece that was put was used and I bought it as a new one ... so I do not indicate the way of the mendanha road in Campo Grande to nobody ... think the customers are silly ... I do not say ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento o primeiro DVR deu defeito e a Lilia falando q o problema não era do DVR,tive q praticamente brigar para a Lilia gerente trocar o DVR. Toda vez q preciso de ajuda eles nunca tem disponibilidade de horário. Não recomendo para ninguém pesquisem antes de comprar. Péssimo atendimento mal educados.
Bad service, the first DVR failed and Lilia said that the problem was not the DVR, I had to practically fight for Lilia manager to change the DVR. Every time I need help they are never available. I do not recommend that anyone do research before buying. Bad rude service.
