★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de fazer uma reclamação, comprei o produto, e dois garrafões vieram com lacre azul rompidos da cor azul, um outro garrafão com o lacre branco estava em perfeito estado, observei que o lacre azul era mais mole, e o branco de uma qualidade melhor, minha reclamação e para que observem o que está acontecendo e porque os lacres estavam rompidos, e por coincidência os dois garrafões apresentavam, marcas de caneta azul em seus garrafões e um dos garrafões estavam com marcas da propaganda antiga por baixo da nova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez comprei água mineral dessa empresa e a qualidade dos produtos não foram satisfatórias. Os garrafões vieram arranjados, principalmente próximo a boca da garrafa e os arranhões estavam sujos, ou seja o líquido foi envasado e o garrafão não foi higienizado.
Na primeira vez, reclamei ao entregador e o mesmo fez a troca e neste segundo caso achei melhor partir pra outros canais para alertar aos clientes que a qualidade do produto é ruim e pode provocar uma infecção por ingestão desta água.
