★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei p a loja fisica pedindo um mero ORCAMENTO e me deram o telefone celular de um vendedor para que pudesse mandar as medidas. Mandei tudo e a pessoa visualiza minhas mensagens e nao me responde! Se para me passar um orcamento é esse descaso imagina para um pos venda! Nao recomendo tambem......
I called the physical store asking for a mere quotation and they gave me the cell phone of a seller so I could send the measurements. I sent everything and the person sees my messages and doesn't answer me! If to give me a budget is this disregard imagine for a post sale! I don't recommend it either ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São pouco profissionais, não cumprem os prazos, conseguir contato depois de fechado negócio é muito difícil. Mudam os prazos de entrega várias vezes e, no meu caso, cumpriram apenas na 4ª data combinada! Não é um bom fornecedor.
They are unprofessional, do not meet deadlines, getting in touch after the deal is closed is very difficult. Delivery times change several times and, in my case, they only met on the 4th agreed date! It is not a good supplier.

Pedem pagamento adiantado , estipula prazo e aí começa as desculpas , não ficou pronto pois a máquina ficou ruim amanhã vai ser entregue .
Passa o dia o cliente q tem q ficar ligando ,não dá uma satisfação e quando vc liga vem a msm desculpa falando q não ficou pronto . Isso pq era um serviço pequeno imagina se fosse um pedido gigante . Não recomendo de forma alguma !!!!
Se quiser insistir vai preparado para passar raiva !!

They ask for payment in advance, set a deadline and then the excuses begin, it was not ready because the machine was bad tomorrow will be delivered.
The day goes by the customer has to stay calling, it doesn't give a satisfaction and when you call it comes the same excuse saying it wasn't ready. This was a small service, imagine if it was a giant order. I do not recommend it at all !!!!
If you want to insist, be prepared to be angry !!
