Bemm arborizado, onde em breve vai ser uma atração do município quando estiver concluída a casa da Cultura, onde as águas da fonte caranã serão represadas formando um pequeno lago com peixes da região amazônica. Sem dúvidas será um atrativo a mais para o local que em breve será bem mais frequentado.
Nice place. Well wooded, where it will soon be an attraction of the municipality when the House of Culture is completed, where the waters of the Caranã spring will be dammed forming a small lake with fish from the Amazon region. Undoubtedly it will be an added attraction for the place that will soon be much more frequented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um local com boa localização e acessibilidade. Uma bonita arquitetura e design. Possui um medíocre meio de transporte público que propicia o acesso, assim como, via asfaltada em seu entorno.Sendo o pedestre seu principal meio de acessibilidade.
Não possui área de estacionamento condizente com a amplitude de satisfação que o local já alcança na cidade e tradicionalmente.
Possui e mantém um bom nível de manutenção e conservação.
Em resumo, expondo minha satisfação e indicação para visitar o local, não obstante, fica o registro de que alguns pontos podem ser otimizados, tal como, um espaço para refeição e estacionamento.
A place with good location and accessibility. A beautiful architecture and design. It has a mediocre means of public transport that provides access, as well as via paved road in its surroundings.Being the pedestrian its main means of accessibility.
It has no parking area consistent with the satisfaction that the place already reaches in the city and traditionally.
It has and maintains a good level of maintenance and conservation.
In summary, expressing my satisfaction and indication to visit the site, however, is the record that some points can be optimized, such as a dining and parking space.
