★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos primeiro fazer uma visita na fábrica e depois fomos só para comprar o sofá, ótima escolha fizemos em escolher a fonte do sofá.
Entrega antes do prazo, atendentes atenciosos e pacientes escolhemos o tecido que iria no nosso sofá de 2,90m. Ficou lindo em nossa sala, como esperávamos. Indico de olhos fechados, preço e qualidade excelentes, voltaria a comprar ???

Foi fabricado sob medida, a qualidade é ótima, o atendimento pré e pós venda foram muito bons, a entrega aconteceu dentro do prazo (com montagem) e o custo/ benefício é excelente. Super recomendo! Minha experiência foi ótima!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um ótimo atendimento do início ao fim da venda com o Alexandre. Chegou tudo conforme combinamos prazo acertivo e rápido. O sofá é maravilhoso atendeu nossas expectativas. Fomos atrás de um pronta entrega e nesse meio do atendimento acabou aparecendo um de desistência de cliente. O que foi maravilhoso pois caso contrário as medidas que queríamos modelo e cor teríamos que esperar 45 dias úteis. Mas mesmo assim acho que ainda assim valeria a pena pelo produto e comprometimento da empresa. O Joaquim aprovou ??☺️
I had a great service from the beginning to the end of the sale with Alexandre. Everything arrived as we agreed on a timely and fast deadline. The sofa is wonderful met our expectations. We went after a prompt delivery and in the middle of the service ended up appearing a customer withdrawal. What was wonderful because otherwise the measurements we wanted model and color would have to wait 45 working days. But even so, I think it would still be worth it for the company's product and commitment. Joaquim approved ??☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conhecemos a loja por indicação no grupo do condomínio, após ter visitado algumas lojas famosas de sofás e nos depararmos com preços altos, resolvemos ir pessoalmente conhecer a Fonte do Sofá. O atendimento é impecável, vendedores super atenciosos e que nos deixaram a vontade para provar todos os sofás e escolher com calma, sem pressão. O prazo de entrega atrasou apenas 1 dias, mas se levarmos em conta que, em outras lojas o prazo é de 30 a 45 dias úteis e deles, o prazo é de 7 dias, estamos muiiiiito no lucro. Agora falando sobre preços, nos impressionamos com a diferença absurda de uma loja de fábrica como a Fonte do Sofá para outras grandes lojas por aí. O preço deles é muito bom, e chega ser 50% mais em conta. Compramos 2 sofás, e já estamos usando há mais ou menos 1 mês, eles são muito confortáveis. Compramos o modelo Ônix, nada a reclamar. Muiiiiito confortável mesmo. Podemos escolher a medida e o material do sofá, ou seja, ficou do jeitinho que a gente queria. Agora, algo que queríamos destacar e que pra nós fez toda a diferença foi o pós venda. Por um erro nosso, um dos sofás ficou grande para o espaço que tínhamos, entrei em contato com a loja, juro que sem expectativa pois, diante de tantos fornecedores ruins que já nos deparamos, achei que não iríamos conseguir resolver. Eis que fui mais uma vez surpreendida positivamente. Eles reduziram os braços do meu sofá SEM COBRAR NADA A MAIS POR ISSO e o melhor gente, foram até meu apto retirar, com todo cuidado, embalaram meu sofá novamente com todo capricho, fiquei muito tranquila com o processo. Paguei apenas o frete da nova entrega, o que está mais do que justo. Me pediram um prazo de 7 dias para devolver e desta vez, me entregaram com 2 dias, e olha que teve feriado no meio. Vale super a pena ir até a loja conhecer a empresa, eles realmente são maravilhosos!!! MUITO OBRIGADA EQUIPE FONTE DO SOFÁ por nos atender tão bem, OBRIGADA POR EXERCEREM com amor vossas profissões e por tratar seus clientes com respeito. Indicamos de olhos fechados.
We got to know the store by recommendation in the condominium group, after having visited some famous sofa stores and faced with high prices, we decided to go personally to visit Fonte do Sofá. The service is impeccable, salespeople are super attentive and make us feel free to try all the sofas and choose calmly, without pressure. The delivery time was delayed by only 1 day, but if we take into account that in other stores the deadline is 30 to 45 working days and for them, the deadline is 7 days, we are very profitable. Now talking about prices, we were impressed with the absurd difference between a factory store like Fonte do Sofá and other big stores out there. Their price is very good, up to 50% cheaper. We bought 2 sofas, and we have been using them for about a month, they are very comfortable. We bought the Onyx model, nothing to complain about. Really comfortable. We can choose the size and material of the sofa, that is, it was just the way we wanted. Now, something we wanted to highlight and that made all the difference to us was the after sales service. By our mistake, one of the sofas was too big for the space we had, I contacted the store, I swear without expectations because, in the face of so many bad suppliers that we have already encountered, I thought we would not be able to solve it. Here I was once again positively surprised. They reduced the arms of my sofa WITHOUT CHARGING ANYTHING MORE FOR IT and the best people, they went to my apartment to remove, with great care, they packed my sofa again with every whim, I was very calm with the process. I only paid the shipping for the new delivery, which is more than fair. They asked me for a period of 7 days to return it and this time, they delivered it to me with 2 days, and there was a holiday in between. It's really worth going to the store to know the company, they really are wonderful!!! Eles possuem uma variedade em sofás com um preço muito bom em relação aos concorrentes. Não dei 5 estrelas porque vou esperar uns meses para analisar a qualidade do produto que até o momento é bom.
