I didn't have a good experience. I bought a product, the product did not meet my need. I tried to change and didn't have a manager who could resolve the situation. To make matters worse, they didn't issue an invoice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am na American living in Brasil and today (July 1st morning) was the first time I have ever visited Fonte Musical and maybe my last. I want to get into slide guitar, so I dropped by to see if they even had them and the cost. I had done some research and found an idea of what to expect to pay. The sales lady showed showed me three slides-a glass one, a crome one and the one I wanted looked like a Brass one. I saw in was priced on the back for R$34.40, but the sales lady indicated that she had to check on the computer. She then showed me a price of R$110.That's quite a jump! So, I guess I will go somewhere else that charges a resonable price.
