Porém no dia 26/7 comprei um queijo com eles, quando eu estava comendo percebi que o queijo iria vencer no dia 27/7 fui até o estabelecimento, questionar que o produto deveria estar com um aviso de próximo ao vencimento conforme diz a lei, pois eu não iria consumir tudo no mesmo dia. Porém o rapaz que acredito ser o dono foi mal educado, me disse que eu já tinha comido mais da metade do queijo o que não era verdade. Foi grosseiro comigo, queria me devolver o dinheiro em um tom deselegante de voz e palavras e no final me deu um queijo novo, porém como eu disse pra ele meu intuito era alertar ele que outra pessoa poderia usar daquele descuido da equipe para processar ele ou algo do tipo( caso o produto estivesse vencido). Detalhe, comprava nesse hortifruti praticamente umas 2x na semana, sou cliente e fui tratado assim.
Não volto mais nesse estabelecimento.
Fica aqui o registro, olhem a validade dos produtos que consomem nesse local.
Attendants are friendly and polite and the place is very clean.
But on 7/26 I bought a cheese with them, when I was eating I realized that the cheese would expire on 7/27 I went to the establishment, questioning that the product should have a notice of near expiration as the law says, since I wouldn't consume it all in the same day. But the guy who I believe to be the owner was rude, told me that I had already eaten more than half the cheese, which was not true. He was rude to me, he wanted to return the money to me in an inelegant tone of voice and words and in the end he gave me a new cheese, but as I told him my intention was to warn him that someone else could use that oversight of the team to sue him or something like that (if the product was expired). Detail, I used to buy this produce almost twice a week, I am a customer and I was treated like this.
I will not return to this establishment.
