★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fornecem manutenção básica no imóvel e cobram tudo que puderem. Mais de uma vez fiquei no prejuízo com ajustes no imóvel porque não tinha nota fiscal, mesmo sendo evidente o serviço feito. Quando saí me cobraram taxa de pintura, sendo que não me deram o imóvel pintado.
They do not provide basic maintenance on the property and charge everything they can. More than once I was at a loss with adjustments to the property because I had no invoice, even though the service was evident. When I left I was charged a painting fee, and they did not give me the painted property.
