É com grande pessa que venho fazer uma reclamação sobre o atendimento,falta de organização e comunidade, desrespeito com o cliente. A situação ocorrida foi que o número do pedido foi chamado e ao chegar no balcão o funcionário falou que tinha entregue a lasanha pra outra pessoa, mentiu que já tinha chamado o nosso número que foi o 64,ou seja falou com a maior cara de pau que o eu e a pessoa que me acompanhava estava mentindo.. enfim tivemos que esperar mais 45 minutos.. total desrespeito e desorganização da parte dos colaboradores da lanchonete (CONTINA MASSAS E Hot-Dog)..
Pesso que isso seja revisto para evitar novos acontecimentos..
