A pessoa que se diz corretor de seguros (Silvio Gastaldi), mas que permanece mais tempo em sua outra empresa (agência de turismo) que deve ser especializada em turismo esotérico, viagens para São Tomé das Letras. Não tem postura de corretor, mais parece um hippie, não mandou minha documentação no prazo me fazendo acreditar que a culpa era da seguradora, depois jogou a culpa nos correios, me implorou para que eu solicita-se novamente o boleto com a financeira, pois eu estava determinado em resolver o processo a partir dali judicialmente, me ofereceu para pagar a diferença entre os boletos, recusei pois não achava justo que ele paga-se por culpa de outro. Mas no momento em que descobri sua falha, aceitei receber a diferença, aí o hippie que já estava livre de um possível problema não quis honrar o pagamento (molecagem). Péssimo prestador de serviço.
Terrible. The person who claims to be an insurance broker (Silvio Gastaldi), but who stays longer at his other company (travel agency) who must be specialized in esoteric tourism, trips to São Tomé das Letras. He doesn’t have the posture of a broker, he looks more like a hippie, he didn’t send my documentation on time making me believe that it was the insurer’s fault, then he blamed it on the post office, he begged me to ask for the bank slip again, because I was determined to resolve the case from there on, judicially, offered to pay the difference between the slips, I refused because I did not think it fair that he paid for the fault of another. But the moment I discovered his fault, I accepted to receive the difference, so the hippie who was already free of a possible problem did not want to honor the payment (kidding). Bad service provider.
