★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente muito ruim pessoalmente pelo telefone pior ainda , não sei porque ainda tem telefone pois não atendem , para marcar revisão sou obrigado a ir pessoalmente na concessionária .
Very bad customer service in person over the phone, even worse, I don't know why they still have a phone because they don't answer, to schedule a service I have to go to the dealership in person.

DENIS RELATOU QUE FORAM TROCADOS AS VISTORIAS E QUE A QUE ERA PRA SER MINHA FOI VENDIDA PARA OUTRO REVENDA QUE SE DEU BEM!!

I was scammed, I'm a dealer and I bought a TIGGO 5x 2020 for use with Denis, the car came out with Turbine problems, another novelty when I went to sell a car! Approved report with note, I was aware of the same, but to my SURPRISE I REFIDED THE CAR AND FAILED!!!
DENIS REPORTED THAT THE SURVEYS WERE CHANGED AND THAT THE ONE THAT WAS INTENDED TO BE MINE WAS SOLD TO ANOTHER RESELLER THAT WAS WELL!!
THE SUPERVISION INSPECTION MR PEDRO COMERCIAL ENTERED, TRYING TO AN AGREEMENT, BUT I ASKED FOR THE COMPENSATION OF THE TOTAL VEHICLE I HAVE AUDIOS OF THE COMPENSATION OF THE SAME, THAT I DID NOT AGREE AND FORGED A REPORT!!
I HAVE 3 FAILED SURVEYS!!
AND SUPER VISION FRAUDED SAYING THAT IT IS APPROVED WITH NOTE!! NO WORDS, BE CAREFUL IN THE PURCHASE!!
