★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra retirar a peça até que foi rápido. O problema foi na hora de efetuar o pagamento. A máquina deles estava com problema pra detectar meu cartão e eu é que tive que me virar... Se eu já tinha algum revés com a loja, agora é que não volto lá mesmo.
To remove the piece until it was fast. The problem was when making the payment. Their machine was having trouble detecting my card and I had to turn around ... If I already had a setback with the store, now I’m not going back there.

Com o fim da fabricação da maioria dos modelos a combustão da Ford, poucos são os lugares exclusivos para a manutenção dos veiculos Ford existentes. A linha Ecosport em particular ficou muito prejudicada com a decisão da Ford pela descontinuidade. Assim o Ford Service enquanto existe é o único lugar para fazer a manutenção do veículo com mão de obra e peças próprias.
The Ford Service offered by Ford dealerships is a service that becomes rare. With the end of the manufacture of most of Ford's combustion models, there are few exclusive places to service existing Ford vehicles. The Ecosport line in particular was badly hurt by Ford's decision to discontinue. So the Ford Service while it exists is the only place to maintain the vehicle with its own labor and parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besouro TEC auto Petrópolis, atendimento muito bom pelo preço tabelado no site da Ford, consultor Marcos e mecânicos da oficinal muito solícitos e competentes, pena que as autorizadas da montadora serão fechadas no dia 01 novembro na cidade. (Infelizmente a autorizada Ford em Petrópolis foi fechada em 30 out 2021)
Besouro TEC auto Petrópolis, very good service for the price listed on the Ford website, very helpful and competent consultant Marcos and workshop mechanics, it's a pity that the automaker's authorized companies will be closed on November 1st in the city. (Unfortunately the authorized Ford in Petrópolis was closed on October 30, 2021)
