★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido em 22/06/2020 até agora não recebi, sei q está complicado por causa da pandemia mas entrei em contato com a empresa e me deram uma resposta que eu já sabia... segundo a atendente, teria q aguardar uma resposta dos Correios em 5 dias úteis... já se foram esses 5 dias e a empresa não me dá posição alguma... estou decepcionada, sem resposta e sem atenção alguma... nunca mais compro e não recomendo....
I made a request on 06/22/2020 so far I haven't received it, I know it's complicated because of the pandemic but I contacted the company and they gave me an answer that I already knew ... according to the attendant, I would have to wait for an answer of the Post Office in 5 working days ... those 5 days are gone and the company does not give me any position ... I am disappointed, without response and without any attention ... I never buy and do not recommend ....

Porém, comprei 6 berloques para dar de presente de Natal, e recebi todos numa só embalagem (caixa), em um só saquinho de veludo, e só um certificado de garantia. Esperava receber seis embalagens e 6 certificados de garantia. Fiquei chateada.
The pieces are wonderful and the delivery was fast. However, I bought 6 trinkets to give as a Christmas gift, and I received them all in a single package (box), in a single velvet bag, and only a guarantee certificate. I expected to receive six packages and six warranty certificates. I was upset.
