★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O frentista só avisou que a bomba de gasolina aditivada "Não estava entrando" pelo sem parar após já ter abastecido R$60,00. Ao ser questionado, disse que isso deveria estar ocorrendo pois este tipo de abastecimento (gasolina aditivada) não deveria estar habilitado no nosso App (isso não existe). Pedimos pra interromper o abastecimento e ao descer para pagar e questionar novamente o por que de não conseguir abastecer, outra pessoa disse que o posto não habilitou o abastecimento com gasolina aditivada pelo sem parar (mesmo sendo na bomba identificada para abastecimento pelo app). Os funcionários deveriam ser orientados a avisar o cliente sobre esta questão antes de iniciar o abastecimento. Gostaria de saber no que fariam caso não tivéssemos outra forma de pagamento.
The attendant only warned that the gasoline pump additive "There was entering" the nonstop after already stocked R $ 60.00. When asked, he said that this should be happening as this type of supply (leaded gasoline) should not be enabled in our App (it does not exist). We ask to stop the supply and down to pay and again question why failing to supply, another person said the station did not enable the supply of gasoline additive by without stopping (even though the pump to supply identified by the app). Staff should be instructed to notify the client about this issue before starting the supply. I wonder what they would do if we did not have another form of payment.
