It is a well located gym. A great space to train weight training, fights, Jump and Crossfit. They are respecting the rules of Pandemic, everyone needs to wear masks and has a great amount of alcohol. It has a bathroom with shower and water dispenser available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom lugar para treinar .Apesar de ter pago 20 reais ,valeu a pena pelo treino e aparelhagem.O atendimento é bom ,a estrutura perfeita ,lembra aquelas academias mais antigas ,mas você consegue treinar tranquilamente ,não vi nenhum aparelho quebrado e a parte do funcional top demais viu .No geral ,assim que me mudar para São Paulo,com certeza treinarei com o Júlio,pois isso até estimula a treinar cada vez mais .Parabéns pela estrutura ,preço atendimento e não vejo a hora de sair de Guarulhos e treinar aí em São Paulo,mas especificamente nesta academia .
Good place to train . Despite having paid 20 reais , it was worth the training and equipment . The service is good , the structure is perfect , reminds those older gyms , but you can train calmly , I didn't see any broken equipment and part of the functional top too. In general, as soon as I move to São Paulo, I'll definitely train with Júlio, because it even encourages me to train more and more. Congratulations on the structure, price, service and I can't wait to leave Guarulhos and train there in São Paulo, but specifically in this academy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma excelente academia, treino há muitos anos na unidade da Avenida Imperador, depois de anos à academia acertou com o professor, pq o Mateus é um excelente professor e personal, há cerca de 01 ano tenho atingindo meus objetivos graças ao auxilio dele nos treinos. Só acho que a academia precisaria rever os horários de funcionamento, seria interessante que começasse a funcionar à partir das 06h, digo, pq as vezes o treino cai muito bem antes do horário de trabalho. Fica Dica :)
It is an excellent gym, I trained for many years at the Avenida Imperador unit, after years the academy got it right with the teacher, because Mateus is an excellent teacher and personal, I have been reaching my goals for about 01 year thanks to his help in training . I just think that the gym would need to review the hours of operation, it would be interesting to start working from 06:00, I mean, because sometimes training goes very well before working hours. Stay Tip :)
