Minha insatisfação com a empresa é pelo atendimento e não pela qualidade dos móveis, pelo descaso com o cliente e a montagem com dimensões erradas, mesmo o projeto tendo sito feito meses antes.
Aguardo contato da empresa até hoje e nada, simplesmente uma vergonha, se já tivessem feito contato comigo não estaria tão insatisfeito com essa situação de desgaste e chateação que estamos passando.
Com uma geladeira enorme no meio da sala de meu apartamento porque não cabe no lugar dela

My dissatisfaction with the company is due to the service and not the quality of the furniture, the neglect with the customer and the assembly with the wrong dimensions, even though the project was done months before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui conhecer a formado fiquei supreendida pelo atendimento paciência isso foi em 2019 aí pensei quando for pra montar vai se uma enrolação por causa do tempo agora em 2021 mandei mensagem WhatsApp pra pode ir tirar medida na outra semana já foi tirar as medidas eu amei as meninas Elena acho e a Gabi arquiteta um amor paciência sábado seguinte Já pode ir vê como ia fica projeto amei fora as explicações porque assim fica melhor a montagem meninos educados paciente material de qualidade amei tudo super indico vocês nota mil.
