★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem solicitei o serviço e me deram previsão de uma hora para chegar apos uma hora liguei pra saber se estava chegando fui comunicado pela pessoa que me atendeu que o guincho tinha ido fazer um outro socorro em jandira e eu teria que esperar que poderia levar mais uma hora e meia pra chegar e eu estava em perus aguardando a uma hora achei uma falta de reapeito um descaso e uma falta de profissionalismo a pessoa que me atendeu ainda disse se eu não quisesse esperar era so cancelar o guincho se eu quisesse seria nessas condições entao falei que nao dava para esperar tudo isso de tempo que nao foi o combinado entao a atendente falou pra mim se vc nao node esperar eu vou cancelar e desligou
Tive que pedir outro guincho que chegou em meia hora e super recomendo

I had to order another winch that arrived in half an hour and I highly recommend
