★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento. Mas vcs podiam fazer serviço de troca de pneus para motos. Só vender o pneu eh incômodo ter de levar à borracharia. Afinal,vcs fazem serviço de troca de pneus para carros.
Great service. But you could do tire change service for motorcycles. Just selling the tire is uncomfortable having to take it to the tire repair shop. After all, you do tire change service for cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do formosa pneus há tempos porém farei algumas observações:
1)sempre compro pneus Michelin (excelentes) porém se os pneus estiverem próximo do fim da vida útil, eles não realizam alinhamento e balanceamento!
2) não fui bem atendido nesta unidade em 28/11. Cheguei as 19:35 para um alinhamento e balanceamento e inventaram que deu problema no sensor do aparelho...
Como sou cliente desde 2009, acredito que seja um ponto fora da curva... mas não gostei da mentira!
I have been a customer of formosa tires for some time but I will make some comments:
1) I always buy Michelin tires (excellent) but if the tires are near the end of their useful life, they do not perform alignment and balancing!
2) I was not well attended at this unit on 11/28. I arrived at 19:35 for alignment and balancing and they invented that there was a problem with the device's sensor ...
As a customer since 2009, I believe it is a point outside the curve ... but I didn't like the lie!

Fiz a troca da bateria, mas pretendo fazer a troca de pneus, e alinhar e balancear lá. Com certeza ganharam uma cliente.
Excellent service! And best price for Moura battery in Belém ... Thank you very much to the manager Silvio Santos for all the promptness, speed and solicitude. Undoubtedly the best place in Belém ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, infelizmente no meu ultimo atendimento foi pessimo, um funcionario chamado nubes de tal, me atendeu super mau, apesar de eu ser cliente e vizinho ha muito tempo, neste dia não sei o que estava acontecendo com ele, apesar que foi a primeira vez que fui atendido por ele, mais por causa deste atendimento eu numca mais voltareia a esta loja, foi pessimo mesmo, fiquei muito chateado e envergonhado no tratamento que la recebi. acho que por ele la nesta loja, ja pode ate pensar em fechar!!!
