A neglect! In addition to my brownie not being delivered. I called the store informing what happened, saying that I only made this order because I am pregnant and with desire, what for? The attendant said that it would be "impossible" to move a motorcycle courier from them to deliver my brownie, I explained to her the situation I was in, that I did not accept this type of situation, because everything they discount on the motorcycle courier at Ifood, and they can solve it the situation, I was nervous and didn’t admit it, it’s my right as a consumer, I paid for the product and didn’t receive it (besides the pizza is extremely expensive) the store assumes total unforeseen events with Ifood’s motorcycle courier the customer has nothing to do with it. The attendant did not make any exception to my case, did not propose to solve my problem and also said that I was being harsh with her, and that at no time had I disrespected the attendant on the phone. Anyway, after many scandals, I called saying that I would go to the store to personally solve the problem and was willing to call the police, they solved my problem and sent me the brownie at my address. Advice to customers do not buy in this franchise, employees poorly trained in solving problems with customers, manages totally ignorant and the pizzeria that is not a pizzeria, sorry, not even a dog eats that pizza, a horror, besides being very expensive. I never recommend, and a message to the franchise owner and employees: Put the soda and dessert in a bag and tie, the motorcycle couriers are not to blame for anything, do not report fault to anyone, facilitate the work of the staff and I recommend the pizzaiolos to take courses in the area, the franchise owner buys ingredients to make the pizzas, because only flour rubber is not enough to eat, stop saving with ingredients is the minimum respect you can have with the customer.
