 I didn't realize that my couch is so dirty and that it really needed a dry cleaning, until I got a referral from a friend.
Rogério gave me the budget and we already scheduled the service in the same week. Quality in service and customer care were the differentials.

Meu sofá de suede estava péssimo, muito sujo (encardido), e após o Srm Rogério da Fórmula Sofá limpá-lo, praticamente ganhei um Sofá novo... incrível como ele deu vida novamente ao suede do meu Sofá. Eu estava até pensando em restaurar o Sofá, mas depois disso, desisti e continuo com ele. Posso garantir que economizei muito em solicitar esse serviço. Pena que já faz tempo e não tenho fotos para postar, mas já virei cliente deles. Obrigado e sucesso sempre.
Very TOP service, fast and clean. My suede sofa was terrible, very dirty (dirty), and after Mr. Rogério from Formula Sofá cleaned it, I practically got a new sofa... amazing how he gave life again to my suede sofa. I was even thinking about restoring the Sofa, but after that, I gave up and continued with it. I can assure you that I saved a lot in ordering this service. Too bad it's been a while and I don't have photos to post, but I've become their customer. Thank you and success always.

O Sr. Rogério tem um atendimento impecável: além de simpático, foi extremamente claro e didático sobre os serviços prestados, sanou todas as dúvidas que tive ao longo do processo e fez questão de me mostrar cada etapa dos processos de limpeza e higienização dos meus itens. Contratei limpeza e higienização de sofá, colchão e cadeiras de tecido e, MINHA NOSSA!!! Eu fiquei abismada com a quantidade de sujeira que saiu durante o processo. Importante mencionar que o Sr. Rogério teve todo o cuidado com a minha casa: cobriu o chão e itens ao redor da área de limpeza com lona, e deixou tudo em ordem ao final do serviço. Meus móveis recuperaram a cor e estão até com cheirinho de novo hahaha Inclusive, pode parecer bobeira, mas ter um colchão higienizado fez diferença até no meu sono. Trabalho caprichoso e impecável, recomendo!
I HIGHLY recommend the services provided by Formula Sofá. Mr. Rogério has an impeccable service: in addition to being friendly, he was extremely clear and didactic about the services provided, he answered all the doubts I had throughout the process and made a point of showing me each step of the cleaning and sanitizing processes of my items. I hired fabric sofa, mattress and chairs to clean and sanitize and, OH MY!!! I was amazed at the amount of dirt that came out during the process. It is important to mention that Mr. Rogério took great care of my house: he covered the floor and items around the cleaning area with tarpaulin, and left everything in order at the end of the service. My furniture has recovered its color and it even smells again hahaha It may seem silly, but having a sanitized mattress made a difference even in my sleep. Amazing and impeccable work, I recommend!
