 I've been a long time customer. Contact via WhatsApp is getting more and more precarious. Only ready messages, they don't answer questions or any request, they only confirmed my order after a call. The medication used by my cat has been efficient and delivery is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira compra foi ok, estou tentando fazer o mesmo pedido e nas mesmas condições de pagamento e eles não respondem. O atendimento pelo WhatsApp é muito ruim e o telefone disponível não entra nem a chamada.
Talvez seja de proposito pro cliente não conseguir cancelar um pedido.
My first purchase was ok, I'm trying to place the same order and under the same payment terms and they don't respond. The service by WhatsApp is very bad and the available phone does not even enter the call.
Maybe it's on purpose for the customer not to be able to cancel an order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telefone vive fora de funcionamento. a ligação nem ao menos completa. faço o atendimento por whatsapp e não é a primeira vez que mando o comprovante de pagamento e sou ignorada. horas depois me cobram o pagamento sendo que havia sido enviado horas antes.
peço que me respondam ou que me liguem pq o telefone deles nunca funciona e sou ignorada. estou cansada desse atendimento
phone lives out of operation. the connection is not even complete. I do the service by whatsapp and it's not the first time I send proof of payment and I'm ignored. hours later they charge me the payment as it had been sent hours before.
I ask them to answer me or call me because their phone never works and I get ignored. I'm tired of this service

I'm from Baixada Santista and I only take my pets' medication with Vet Formula, at the Santos unit! The service is great, super fast and the attendant is always very kind! My dogs and even my cat take the medication and ask for more lol. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os pedidos de medicamentos são sempre feito via whats e os atendentes não tem o hábito de ler o que escrevemos além da foto da receita. É muito chato ter que ficar repetindo e perguntando novamente o que já foi escrito algumas vezes, ainda mais porque há uma lista de atendimento. Se preciso com urgência, solicito para outra farmácia que tenha o mesmo serviço e produtos, porém, que não seja tão desatenta.
Medication orders are always made via whats and attendants are not in the habit of reading what we write besides the photo of the recipe. It is very annoying to have to repeat and ask again what has already been written a few times, even more so because there is a service list. If I need it urgently, I ask for another pharmacy that has the same service and products, but that is not so inattentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A medicação é boa. A primeira compra excelente, porém se vc precisar comprar outras vezes vai passar muita raiva. O orçamento é so por whatszapp, porém os atendentes te tratam como se a farmácia não precisasse de clientes. Só te dão uma resposta por dia e depois te deixam no vacuo, não adianta ligar na loja pois mandam vc aguarda o retorno do whats, que muitas vezes só aconteceu porque eu fiquei insistindo. Atendentes não prestam atenção no que vc fala, ja recebi medicação em quantidade errada por isso, sendo que tive que pagar frete 2 vezes pois fizeram a medicação apenas para 15 dias e era para 30 dias, isso só para ilustrar, pois foram varias falhas. Se vc consegue fazer seu pedido tem que torcer pela entrega dar certo, pois os motoboys são totalmente despreparados. Já levaram embora a medicação controlada da minha gata alegando que eu deveria fazer o pagamento na entrega, e o mesmo ja havia sido feito quando fiz o pedido, via pix ainda por cima, e tiveram que voltar depois, interrompendo o tratamento por alguns dias, pois nessa confusão a medicação que dava para o dia certo acabou....sem contar a confusão que fazem com as receitas que tem que retirar. Desisti dessa farmácia, medicações de qualidade eu encontro em outras lugares e a diferença de preço não compensa a dificuldade em realizar a compra. Hoje em dia a forma como o cliente é atendido é um diferencial enorme em favor de quem vende, principalmente para quem faz uso de medicação de forma continua e a Vetformula realmente parece que não precisa de clientes haja a vista como se dão os atendimentos e o pouco caso com que o cliente e continuamente tratado.
Medication is good. The first purchase is excellent, but if you need to buy it again, you will be very angry. The budget is only by whatszapp, but the attendants treat you as if the pharmacy doesn't need customers. They only give you one answer a day and then leave you in a vacuum, there's no use calling the store because they tell you to wait for whats to return, which often only happened because I kept insisting. Attendants don't pay attention to what you say, I already received medication in the wrong amount so I had to pay shipping twice because they only took the medication for 15 days and it was for 30 days, that's just to illustrate, because there were several failures. If you can place your order, you have to hope for the delivery to work out, because the motoboys are totally unprepared. They already took away my cat's controlled medication claiming that I should pay on delivery, and the same had already been done when I made the order, via pix on top of that, and they had to come back later, interrupting the treatment for a few days, because in this mess, the medication that was given for the right day ended up... not to mention the mess they make with the prescriptions they have to withdraw. I gave up on this pharmacy, quality medications I can find elsewhere and the price difference does not compensate for the difficulty in making the purchase. Nowadays, the way the customer is served is a huge differential in favor of those who sell, especially for those who use medication on a continuous basis and Vetformula really seems that it doesn't need customers, considering how the services are given and the little case with which the customer is continually treated.
