N costumo comer lá.
Peço de casa.
Os pontos negativos :
O ambiente pra comer lá é ruim, as mesas ficam na calçada.Tem um ambiente no andar de cima que parece legal.
Agora a mina do telefone é o que deixa muito a desejar, parece que está atendendo sempre de má vontade.

The negatives:
The atmosphere for eating there is bad, the tables are on the sidewalk. It has an upstairs atmosphere that looks cool.
Now the phone mine is what leaves much to be desired, it seems that it is always answering unwillingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza de qualidade mediana porém atendimento via telefone de forma horrível. Ligamos para informar o estado em que recebemos a pizza, e não para ressarcir. A atendente logo pediu para tirar foto, sendo que não queríamos trocar e nem ressarcimento, mesmo assim insistiram por mandar a foto, não confiando em seus clientes. Fica claro que o bom atendimento ao cliente não é prioridade deles e apenas o lucro. Já pedi muita pizza na Fornalha mas a partir de hoje não peço mais.
Pizza of medium quality but service by phone in horrible way. We call to let you know the state where we received the pizza, not to reimburse. The attendant soon asked to take a photo, and we did not want to change or refund, but they insisted on sending the photo, not trusting their customers. It is clear that good customer service is not their priority and only profit. I already asked for a lot of pizza in the furnace but from today I do not ask for more.

Atendimento: Geralmente peço em casa ou a retirar, aqui é um ponto fraco, pelo menos pelo telefone, as meninas que atendem parecem ser meio lerdas e desatentas.
Ambiente: Não posso opinar muito, pois nunca comi no local, tem umas mesas na calçada e um andar superior que parece bacana.
Comida: Num conheço lugar melhor em São Vicente, todos os sabores que peço são muito bons e bem recheados. A Do Chefe é uma boa pedida
Preço: Em torno de R$30,00 ou até menos você compra uma excelente pizza, ótimo custo x benefício.
Geral: Excelente pizzaria, que tem outras opções de lanches, beirutes e outras coisas, bom preço, vale muito a pena. O que falta é uma promoção, antes de mudar de dono a cada 10 pizzas você ganhava uma, mas acabou.

Food: In a better place in São Vicente, all the flavors I ask for are very good and well filled. Boss's is a good choice

General: Excellent pizzeria, which has other options of snacks, eaves and stuff, good value, is very worth it. What is missing is a promotion, before you change ownership every 10 pizzas you get one, but it's over.
