★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como um bom amante da cozinha italiana tive o prazer de saborear a melhor pizza da Ilha do Governador sem dúvida nenhuma. Uma boa pedida seria a pizza Portuguesa e a de banana com nutella. A pizzaria é muito bem localizada e o ambiente super agradável. Tem pizza para toda a familia. Eles tem um cardápio bem variado de massas e algumas opções de carnes e peixes. O atendimento maravilhoso e os donos sao muito educados e gentis.
 As a good lover of Italian cuisine I had the pleasure of savoring the best pizza on Governor's Island without a doubt. A good request would be the Portuguese pizza and the banana with nutella. The pizzeria is very well located and the atmosphere super nice. There's pizza for the whole family. They have a well varied menu of pastas and a few choices of meat and fish. Wonderful service and owners are very polite and kind.

Frequento a anos, a especialidade é pizza mas o cardápio possui opções de massas e carnes igualmente bons. Uma das cinco melhores pizzarias da ilha, na minha opinião. Massa fina, crocante, recheio equilibrado, para apreciar melhor não peça pelo delivery ou rodízio.
Paulo, o dono do estabelecimento, muito atencioso e preocupado em servir bem, ponto positivo. Eventualmente promove noites temáticas como no dia dos namorados e sextas italianas, com música típica ao vivo.
Peçam as Bruschettas, couvert e Focaccia de entrada, excelentes.

I've frequented it for years, the specialty is pizza but the menu has equally good pasta and meat options. One of the five best pizzerias on the island, in my opinion. Thin, crispy, balanced filling, to appreciate better not part by delivery or caster.
Paulo, the owner of the establishment, very attentive and concerned to serve well, positive point. Eventually it promotes theme nights such as Italian Valentine's and Fridays, with typical live music.
Ask for the bruschettas, couvert and Focaccia for starters, excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na noite do dia 9.10 para jantar. Era minha primeira vez na casa embora passe muito na frente .Entramos e fomos recebidos gentilmente.Tanto eu quanto meu acompanhante optamos por um prato de massa.
Este quando veio,estava em uma apresentação muito Clean.Mais o importante de tudo é o sabor.....muito gostoso,massa leve,o molho de ragú a bolonhesa estava delicioso.O Recheio do raviole a salmão tbm estava um.primor.Muito gostoso e um excelente atendimento do garçom que nos atendeu.
Por mais noites agradáveis e leves assim....
I was in the evening of 9.10 for dinner. It was my first time at the house although it was far ahead. We went in and were kindly greeted. Both myself and my companion opted for a pasta dish.
This one when it came, was in a very clean presentation.More important of all is the taste ..... very tasty, light pasta, the bolognese ragout sauce was delicious.The stuffing from raviole to salmon was also a.primor .Very tasty and excellent service from the waiter who served us.
For more nice and light nights like this ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesse restaurante ontem com o meu noivo pela primeira vez. O lugar é super aconchegante, charmoso. Chegamos lá perto das 23:00, mas como vi que fechava meia noite, não achei que teria problema. O garçom que nos atendeu não pareceu muito contente, mas não nos importamos porque pensamos que poderia ser apenas cansaço. Pedimos pastéis de camarão, que meu noivo disse que estavam deliciosos, e lasanha a bolonhesa, que também estava incrível. O restaurante foi esvaziando e uns 10 ou 15 min antes da meia noite, apesar de nós e um outro casal ainda estarmos lá, começaram a arrumar o restaurante, a colocar as cadeiras em cima das mesas e a passar com sacos enormes de lixo pelo salão. A aparente pressa dos funcionários em fechar o local fez com que eu pedisse para colocar minha lasanha para viagem e desistisse de pedir sobremesa. Meu noivo e eu estávamos comemorando 2 anos de namoro e queríamos um jantar especial, uma pena isso ter acontecido, ainda mais que a comida do local é realmente excelente. Teria sido melhor se, quando chegamos, tivessem dito que a cozinha tinha encerrado.
I was at this restaurant yesterday with my fiance for the first time. The place is super cozy, charming. We got there around 11:00 PM, but as I saw it closing at midnight, I did not think it would be a problem. The waiter who came to us did not seem very happy, but we did not care because we thought it might just be fatigue. We ordered shrimp pasties, which my fiancé said were delicious, and lasagne the Bolognese, which was also amazing. The restaurant was emptying and about 10 or 15 min before midnight, although we and another couple were still there, they began to clean the restaurant, to put the chairs on the tables and to pass with enormous bags of trash by the hall . The apparent rush of the clerks to close the place made me ask to put my lasagna for the trip and to give up ordering dessert. My fiance and I were celebrating 2 years of dating and wanted a special dinner, a pity this has happened, even more so than the local food is really excellent. It would have been better if, when we arrived, they had said that the kitchen had closed.

I made an appointment to go a few months ago, looked at the schedule and found the house closed. It's always closed, I rarely saw it working.
