O cara é um ignorante que diz que não atende quem não é conhecido por que tem medo, que tá pegando, que isso que aquilo, isso elevando o tom de voz e terminou dizendo que tava ocupado e desligou. Tratar os clientes como criminosos é de uma idiotia sem tamanho. Ele pode até ser um bom fornecedor, mas lidar com esse tipo de gente é lastimável.
Well, what has been said about them is not a lie at all. The guy is an ignorant man who says he doesn't answer someone who is not known because he is afraid, who is getting it, that what that, raising his tone of voice and ended saying he was busy and hung up. Treating clients like criminals is a huge idiot. It can even be a good provider, but dealing with such people is deplorable.
