★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi o primeiro pet que levei meu cachorro ao chegar de viagem, amei o atendimento e fui por conta, também das avaliações, o atendimento da Jad foi perfeito, já o serviço além de denotar pouco cuidado acarretou efeitos na saúde do meu pet. Antes do banho, falei que o pet estava com processo de cicatrização da glândula adanal, e pedi cuidado na higiênica, mas o que notei quando cheguei em casa? Eles haviam ferido meu pet, o que gerou a recorrência da inflamacao/infecção. Ainda em casa percebi que não haviam retirado o algodão de uma das orelhas dele, por fim, na escovacal(eu vo) muita falta de carinho, o pet gruniu por e vezes de dor. Sabe DECEPÇÃO, é o mínimo que estou sentindo.

Still at home I noticed that they hadn't removed the cotton from one of his ears, finally, in the brush (I see) a lot of lack of affection, the pet grunted at times in pain. You know DISAPPOINTMENT, it's the least I'm feeling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um banho e mesmo assim meu pet demorou 6 horas pra chegar em casa. Outro pet meu foi pra banho e cortaram um pedaço do pelo sem me avisar. O mesmo não possuía nós quando foi para o banho. Em ambas situações se quer houve pedido de desculpa. Atendimento é excelente mas o serviço é questionável. Sem dúvidas não indico mais nem usarei dos serviços.
I scheduled a bath and still my pet took 6 hours to get home. Another pet of mine went to the bath and they cut a piece of fur without telling me. The same didn't have us when it went to the bath. In both situations, there was an apology. Service is excellent but service is questionable. Without a doubt, I will not recommend or use the services anymore.
