★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha bike foi deixada para conserto a exata 1 semana, completando hoje, já tentei diversas vezes ligar na bicicletaria e telefone na atende, chamo pelo wattsapp e da mesma forma não respondem, fiquei muito decepcionado com o atendimento no qual a primeira impressão me pareceu ótimo mas me enganei muito péssimo sem resposta, amanhã estarei indo até a bicicletaria pegar minha bike novamente e se não estiver pronta até amanhã vou pegá-la mesmo assim, pois muito decepcionado com esse bicicletaria ?
My bike was left to repair the exact 1 week, completing today, I tried several times to call in the bike shop and the phone answered, I call the wattsapp and likewise they do not answer, I was very disappointed with the service in which the first impression seemed great but I was very badly mistaken without an answer, tomorrow I will be going to the bike shop to get my bike again and if it is not ready by tomorrow I will get it anyway, because I am very disappointed with this bike shop ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pela zap de uma bicicleta para meu filho fiz pagamento em pix e o vendedor me falou que chegaria em 7 dias até agora nada e não consigo entrar em contato com a empresa sou do RJ. Preciso de uma posição da empresa pois paguei e não tenho meu produto. Ainda recebi um e-mail falando que meu pedido foi cancelado por falta de pagamento mas o pix consta na conta da minha esposa.
I made a purchase by zap of a bicycle for my son, I paid in pix and the seller told me that nothing would arrive in 7 days so far and I can't get in touch with the company I'm from RJ. I need a company position because I paid and I don't have my product. I still received an email saying that my order was canceled due to non-payment but the pix is on my wife's account.
