★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei 3 visitas, a assistência técnica não compareceu e se quer tiveram o respeito em avisar que não iriam. Liguei em todos os 5 telefones que a Brastemp me enviou, nenhum deles atendeu. Mandei wats e n consegui contato. Após o segundo agendamento que n compareceram, recebi uma ligação da empresa, confirmando que viriam, cancelei novamente meus compromissos p aguardar o técnico, que n compareceu.
 I scheduled 3 visits, the technical assistance did not show up and they even had the respect to let them know they would not go. I called all 5 phones that Brastemp sent me, none of them answered. I sent wats and couldn't get in touch. After the second appointment that n attended, I received a call from the company, confirming that they would come, I canceled my appointments again to wait for the technician, who n attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes ao telefone precisam de uma qualificação urgente. Isso quando atendem, pois parece mais um concurso de desligar na cara do cliente. Já fiz 10 ligações.
Telephone attendants need an urgent qualification. That's when they answer, as it seems more like a contest to hang up on the customer's face. I've already made 10 calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima, marca uma visita com o técnico e não é deixam a pessoa esperando, liguei várias vezes e eles ficam enrolando, enfim péssima. Não recomendo.
Terrible company, schedule a visit with the technician and they don't keep the person waiting, I called several times and they keep stalling, in short, terrible. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um micro-ondas com problemas, esperei por cerca de uma hora e meia e meu problema foi resolvido. Gostei do fato de já consertarem na hora. Ponto negativo foi o valor da mão de obra, 3x maior que a própria peça.
I took a microwave with problems, waited for about an hour and a half and my problem was solved. I liked the fact that they fixed it right away. Negative point was the value of labor, 3x higher than the piece itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vejo na maioria das postagens que é marca registrada da empresa deixar os clientes esperando por uma visita tecnica que nao ocorrera. Comigo nao foi diferente. Dei preferencia a esta empresa mas acabei me decepcionado. Lamentavel!
I see in most of the posts that it is a trademark of the company to leave customers waiting for a technical visit that will not occur. With me it was no different. I preferred this company but ended up disappointed. Unfortunate!

Entrei em contato com a empresa por Whatsapp quinta-feira 12/05/22 e o atendimento bem demorado, resolvi ligar dia 13/05 para ter certeza de que seria atendida de forma mais rápida e objetiva. Não conseguiram resolver nada por telefone e me encaminharam de novo pro atendimento virtual. Relatei meu problema no mesmo dia 13/05 e queria agendar uma visita técnica e simplesmente encerraram o atendimento e, claro, que não fui atendida da forma que deveria. Pediram avaliação e dei ZERO, né? Melhorem!!!!
