★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estúdio super receptivo, a pessoa que nos recebeu e desenrolou tudo e muito top (Adriana), tive um imprevisto com a blusa, rapidinho ela resolveu. Gostei de mais. Indicooooo. Ha fiz minha maquiagem lá, uma super profissional, vale muito a pena. Anexei 2 fotos tiradas do meu celular.
 Super receptive studio, the person who received us and unrolled everything is very top (Adriana), I had an unexpected problem with the blouse, she quickly resolved it. I liked it more. I indicate. I did my makeup there, a super professional one, it's really worth it. I attached 2 photos taken from my cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, faz descaso com o formando! No início é um mar de flores, pois precisam do pagamento e pra isso são super organizados. Mas depois, super deplorável! Realizei as fotos em dezembro e até hoje, 06/04/2022 não recebi as fotos e só Deus sabe quando irei receber! Se tiverem oportunidade, NÃO FAÇAM suas fotos com essa empresa. Não é só a demora na entrega do material, fazem descaso, não cumprem com o que foi acordado, demoram para resolver os problemas, é uma verdadeira dor de cabeça. Não desejo o que eu tô passando pra ninguém!
I don't recommend it, it neglects the trainee! In the beginning it is a sea of flowers, because they need payment and for that they are super organized. But then, super deplorable! I took the photos in December and until today, 04/06/2022 I have not received the photos and only God knows when I will receive them! If you have the opportunity, DO NOT MAKE your photos with this company. It's not just the delay in delivering the material, they are careless, they don't comply with what was agreed, they take time to solve the problems, it's a real headache. I don't wish what I'm going through on anyone!

Não tem prazo, fique na espera por meses.
Fotógrafos tiram a foto de qualquer jeito, fotos sem qualidade.
Edição nem se fala, edição péssima. Profissionais desatualizados, usando "técnicas" de 1500 A.C
Não indico esse empresa pra ninguém.
Quer entrar em contato com eles na pós venda? Vc não irá conseguir, não respondem. Péssima empresa e péssimo profissionais.

There is no deadline, wait for months.
Photographers take the photo anyway, photos without quality.
Editing is not mentioned, bad editing. Outdated professionals using "techniques" from 1500 BC
I don't recommend this company to anyone.
Want to get in touch with them after sales? You won't make it, they don't respond. Bad company and bad professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a Fort pra fazer fotos de formatura com minha turma, as fotos foram feitas no final de janeiro e até agora não recebemos nada! Escolhemos as fotos digitalmente para receber tratadas e já passou do prazo e eles só dizem que vão repassar pra outra pessoa e não nos dão uma resposta, inclusive uma pessoa da minha sala teve problemas na escolha das fotos e só fomos avisados (inclusive a pessoa) esses dias!! quando já tinha passado do prazo de entrega deles!
Escolhemos essa empresa quando tínhamos propostas de várias outras, demos confiança e no começo foi tudo perfeito pois havia comunicação, agora demora pra responder as pessoas de nossa comissão. Desejo um retorno da parte deles pois só sabem falar de prazo, queremos pelo menos uma comunicação sincera.
I hired Fort to do graduation photos with my class, the photos were taken at the end of January and so far we haven't received anything! We chose the photos digitally to be treated and the deadline has passed and they just say they will pass it on to someone else and they don't give us an answer, even a person in my class had problems choosing the photos and we were only warned (including the person) these days!! when it was past their delivery deadline!
We chose this company when we had proposals from several others, we gave them confidence and in the beginning everything was perfect because there was communication, now it takes time for people on our committee to respond. I want a response from them because they only know how to talk about deadlines, we want at least a sincere communication.
