O Sr. Edinaldo, não apenas não entregou o serviço concluído como também protestou um título indevidamente e nos causou enormes prejuízos.

Comprei uma cadeira pelo site da loja. Chegou em 2 semanas, mas acredito que normalmente deva ser mais rápido, pois o carnaval ocorreu durante esse período. A pessoa que entregou foi extremamente atenciosa, explicou todos os ajustes da cadeira, que já veio montada e em perfeito estado.
Uma única e pequena queixa: o status da compra não foi atualizado no site, por isso tive que entrar em contato via WhatsApp após alguns dias para saber se estava tudo ok. Fora isso, não tenho do que reclamar, pois me responderam prontamente com a previsão de entrega e foto do produto.

I bought a chair through the store's website. It arrived in 2 weeks but I believe it should normally be faster as the carnival took place during this time. The person who delivered it was extremely attentive, explained all the adjustments to the chair, which came assembled and in perfect condition.
One small complaint: the status of the purchase was not updated on the website, so I had to contact via WhatsApp after a few days to see if everything was ok. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about, as they responded promptly with the delivery forecast and photo of the product.
