★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 19 SET cheguei próximo das 8:30h da manhã procurando atendimento para o meu ombro direito que apresentava sinais de bursite, não conseguindo movê-lo sem sentir muita dor. Para minha surpresa, o médico de plantão estava fazendo 1 de 3 cirurgias e só atenderia com espera de 3h.
Pergunto: que plantão é esse que o paciente tem que aguardar pelo menos 3h para ser atendido? Fui para a UPA e recebi o atendimento necessário.
Today, SEPT 19, I arrived around 8:30 am looking for care for my right shoulder that showed signs of bursitis, unable to move it without feeling much pain. To my surprise, the doctor on duty was doing 1 of 3 surgeries and would only attend with a 3 hour wait.
I ask: what is this duty that the patient has to wait at least 3 hours to be seen? I went to the UPA and received the necessary assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita falta de organização, o atendimento é muito mais demorado e estressante do que em hospital público, tendo em vista estar sendo pago. O técnico do raio x chega no mesmo horário que vários pacientes que precisam de raio x, ou seja, quem tem que esperar para ser atendido em razão dele chegar mais tarde somos nós que estamos pagando. Um absurdo! Fiquei aguardando mais de uma hora para ser atendida, sendo que poderia ser diferente se houvesse organização e consideração pelos pacientes!!

The x-ray technician arrives at the same time as several patients who need x-rays, that is, who has to wait to be seen because he arrives later, we are the ones who are paying. An absurdity!
