 I did all my prenatal exams for my 2 pregnancies, always very well attended. nice place, good service, it's just very crowded. but because of the quality everyone wants to be served there.

â â â â â Marquei consulta com uma das atendentes para uma radiografia, porĂ©m chegado o dia eu fui informado que nĂŁo poderia realizar o exame por causa do meu peso. A primeira atendente falhou em informar que a mesa utilizada suporta atĂ© 100kg, e eu com meus dois metros peso bem mais que isso.
Ou seja, vim de EusĂ©bio para a clĂnica em uma chuva pesada, faltando um expediente no trabalho e tive uma viagem perdida.
I made an appointment with one of the attendants for a radiography, but the day came I was informed that I could not perform the exam because of my weight. The first attendant failed to report that the table used supports up to 100kg, and I with my two meters weight much more than that.
In other words, I came from Eusébio to the clinic in a heavy rain, missing an appointment at work and had a missed trip.

â â â â â Atendimento bom, local bom, bons mĂ©dicos, mas nĂŁo imprimem raio X. Liguei pro telefone e mandei whatsapp, em ambos me disseram q imprimia. Quando cheguei no local para pegar o exame impresso, disseram q nĂŁo imprimia, q agora Ă© sĂł online.
Good service, good location, good doctors, but they don't print X-rays. I called the phone and sent whatsapp, in both they told me it would print. When I arrived at the place to get the printed exam, they said that it didn't print, that it's only online now.

Terrible attendance!!! Scheduled exams, still waiting almost 1 hour!!! Lazy attendants!!!

â â â â â Uma experiĂȘncia pĂ©ssima. Fui fazer uma ultrassom obstĂ©trica, particular, nada barato comparado as demais clĂnicas no valor de R$180,00 e o mĂ©dico nĂŁo demorou nem 5 minutos fazendo a ultrassom. Uma pressa visĂvel e com respostas das poucos perguntars super grossas. Nunca mais piso aĂ.
A very bad experience. I went for an obstetrical ultrasound, private, not cheap compared to the other clinics at the amount of R$180.00 and the doctor didn't even take 5 minutes to perform the ultrasound. A visible rush and with answers to the few super thick questions. I never step there again.

â â â â â Fui pra realizar uma Ultrassom Obstetrica, assim que entrei no consultĂłrio, a postura do mĂ©dico na cadeira era lastimĂĄvel. Fora a atenção com o cliente, que nĂŁo houve. (SĂł no celular).
Durante o exame, quase arranca a pele da minha barriga, passando o aparelho com força e com pouca quantidade de GEL!!!!
Passei uns 4 dias com a pele da barriga ardendo.
I went to perform an Obstetrical Ultrasound, as soon as I entered the office, the doctor's posture in the chair was deplorable. Apart from customer service, which there was not. (Only on the cell phone).
During the exam, it almost rips the skin off my belly, using the device with force and with a small amount of GEL!!!!
I spent about 4 days with the skin on my stomach burning.

I need the result of an exam done on 01/18, today 02/21 I was informed that it's only online, but the website doesn't work, sorry. Disappointed with patient care.
