★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra começar o atendimento é muito fraco, não todos mas alguns extremamente mal educados e que não sabem tratar bem o cliente, com aquela cara de mal gosto que eu não sei pq quer trabalhar, os preços são até que bons mas o serviço deixa a desejar, falta MUITA coisa em termos de procura de peças e etc, sem deixar falar que o atendimento pelo telefone é nota zero, não sei quem é o atendente em específico mas quando eu liguei fui muito "BEM" tratado, cara MUITO educado e simpático!!!!!!!!!! Recomendo para quem esteja com vontade de ter raiva e desgosto, Abraços.

I recommend to anyone who is willing to have anger and disgust, Hugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 7:00 para trocar um cabo de aceleração, não tinha o cabo, o mecânico desmontou a parte da maneta e não montou de novo, eles poderiam ter ido em outra oficina rapidinho e ter me ajudado, mas não mostraram estar nem aí pra o meu problema, tive que empurrar a moto bastante até achar uma oficina que tinha o cabo, parabéns pelo mau atendimento.
I arrived at 7:00 to change an acceleration cable, there was no cable, the mechanic disassembled the one-piece and didn’t assemble it again, they could have gone to another workshop quickly and helped me, but they didn’t care. my problem, I had to push the bike a lot until I found a workshop that had the cable, congratulations on the poor service.

Revisão horrível trocaram caixa de direção da moto com um dia de uso tive que voltar pois abriu muita folga
Mandei olhar um vazamento no motor não deram nem atenção nem limpar onde estava vazando limparam.
Cheguei pra pegar a moto gastei 700reais e a moto está do mesmo jeito a única coisa que vi diferente foi a lubrificação dos cabos
E outra nem o óleo do motor trocaram
Fiquei com tanta raiva que fui trocar em outra oficina
Nunca mais farei serviço nessa oficina

I had it checked for a leak in the engine, they paid neither attention nor clean up where it was leaking.
I arrived to get the bike I spent 700 reals and the bike is the same way the only thing I saw different was the lubrication of the cables
And neither the engine oil changed
I was so angry that I went to change it in another workshop
I will never work in this workshop again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou avaliando com as 5 estrelas pois fui muito bem tratado, coloquei um pneu Remold na moto pois não vou pagar 360 reais onde um pneu ecológico reaproveitável custou 180.
Além do mais tem um mecânico que só faço revisão com ele, chegando na Fort motos pode procurar Janson...ele vai falar apenas os problemas que sua moto tem, sem enrolação de alguns mecânicos que encontram um monte de defeitos que sua moto nem tem.
Eu indico a Fort motos sem nenhum receio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom preços e bom sortimentos, mas não gostei do mecânico q so fez colocar defeito na minha moto. Uma coisa é apontar o precisa ser feito, outra coisa é ficar dizendo q a moto do cliente tá acabada (mesmo q seja verdade)
Good prices and good assortments, but I didn't like the mechanic who only made a defect in my bike. It's one thing to point out what needs to be done, another thing is to keep saying that the customer's bike is finished (even if it's true)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Péssimo atendimento. Profissionais irresponsáveis. Deixamos a moto lá, e eles disseram três vezes que ligariam para avisar o valor e confirmar se o serviço podia ser feito. Passaram dois dias sem dar notícias. No terceiro dia eu liguei, e disseram que estavam esperando minha confirmação. Porém nunca entraram em contato para me avisar o valor ou qual era o problema da moto.
Só fizeram atrasar ainda mais o conserto da moto.
O nome disso é irresponsabilidade. Perderam um cliente, e vão perder mais quando a pessoas verem esse comentário.
I do not recommend. Terrible attendance. Irresponsible professionals. We left the bike there, and they said three times that they would call to let us know the amount and confirm if the service could be done. Two days went by without any news. On the third day I called, and they said they were waiting for my confirmation. But they never got in touch to let me know the value or what the problem was with the bike.
They only delayed the repair of the bike even further.
The name of it is irresponsibility. They lost a customer, and they will lose more when people see this comment.
