Eles não entram em contato para avisar se suas fotos/placas de formatura estão prontas, você que tem que ir atrás, tem que ligar, se informar. Nos dias atuais, organizações de porte, como a Fortal, não deveriam agir dessa forma.
Company with a good sales and execution service, but after sales leaves a lot to be desired. They do not contact you to let you know if your graduation photos / plates are ready, you have to go after them, you have to call, inform yourself. Nowadays, large organizations, such as Fortal, should not act this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço é de uma extorsão inexplicável. A única explicação que consigo pensar é que essa empresa é fachada pra arrecadar dinheiro com licitação do governo.
Cobram absurdamente caro por um serviço que só pode ser descrito como "básico", e impõem restrições absurdas pros convidados, como proibir tirar fotos e atrapalhar de propósito as fotos que as pessoas tentam fazer nos eventos.
Empresa ridícula com funcionários rudes.
Service is an inexplicable extortion. The only explanation I can think of is that this company is the front for raising money from government bids.
They charge absurdly expensive for a service that can only be described as "basic," and impose absurd restrictions on guests, such as banning taking photos and purposely disrupting the photos people try to make at events.
Ridiculous company with rude staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que pode melhorar ainda mais é ter mais que um fotógrafo nas fotos externas, pois as vezes a turma é bem numerosa e atrapalha o andamento das fotos, fica como uma sugestão um fotógrafo a mais nessas ocasiões, minha turma praticamente perdeu o por do sol por conta da quantidade de pessoas para tirar as fotos externas individuais. Como a empresa já sabe antes de começar o número de pessoas, já deveriam se programar para essa ocasião. Edit. A empresa não funciona aos sábados o que atrapalha pq na semana temos nossos compromissos, o telefone raramente atende e até hoje não consegui receber minhas fotos, a turma está muito insatisfeita e não indico mais pra ninguém. ?
What can improve even more is to have more than one photographer in the external photos, because sometimes the group is very numerous and interferes with the progress of the photos, it is a suggestion to have one more photographer on these occasions, my group practically missed the sunset because of the amount of people to take the individual external photos. As the company already knows before starting the number of people, they should already be programmed for this occasion. Edit. The company doesn't work on Saturdays, which gets in the way because during the week we have our appointments, the phone rarely answers and until today I haven't been able to receive my photos, the class is very dissatisfied and I don't recommend it to anyone anymore. ?
