★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good market for artisan goods, manufactured shoes, clothes, some food, etc. As you climb the stories, prices are lower. Watch your belongings. Sunday’s open until 1pm. Take the 11 bus which stops right in front of the door.

Realistically, any single store in either market will sell all the same items that you will find in both markets. Hammocks, tablecloths, summer dresses, tshirts etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get cashews, clothing, and other cheap tourist goods. You need to pay for parking before you leave at a little booth at the end of the market, it's not well marked and by the time you make it to the gate you may be blocked.

Keep small change and bargain!
You can also find the main shopping street 5 minutes walk from there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A giant place for buying souvenirs in the center. This placr has multiple floors and the cheapest things can be found in the upper ones. Be careful to get there, the surroundings are a little weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to pick up a few souvenirs and presents in Fortaleza. Lots of stalls, many with similar/the same stock. I would recommend starting on the top floor and working your way down. It gets very hot!!
